Vic Zimmerman - Regulatory & Legal Affairs

  • Vic Zimmermann is an experienced financial services and fintech lawyer with over 35 years of experience.

  • He has represented financial institutions, institutional investors, and digital asset startups in securities and commodities regulatory matters, investments, governance issues, and corporate transactions.

  • Previously, Vic served as the Chief Legal Officer of Symbridge Holdings LLC, a fintech company based in Greenwich.

  • At Symbridge, he played a key role in developing and executing a global financial services licensing strategy, working closely with regulatory bodies such as the CFTC and SEC.

  • Vic has a diverse legal background, including being a partner at an international law firm and working as an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Quinnipiac School of Law, specializing in digital asset law.
